New patients
Before your consultation
The first visit is a conversation and an exam, not surgery. It takes about 45 minutes.
- 01
Step 1: Call or send a request
Tell us where you're driving from and whether your dentist sent you. Mauro books the visit and tells you what to bring.
- 02
Step 2: Fill in your forms
Your health history goes on the forms in our own secure portal, not in an email or a message.
- 03
Step 3: Have records sent
Ask your dentist to send recent X-rays or a scan, or bring a disc or a drive.
- 04
Step 4: We check your benefits
Candice checks your dental and medical plans and gives you what each says. You get the estimate in writing.
At the consultation
A plan you can take home
Dr. Nair looks at your mouth and your scan, goes through your options in plain words and writes the plan down.
You leave with
The exam, and a 3D scan if she asks for one
Your options and what each involves
How many visits each needs, as a range
The written estimate, before any treatment
Your questions, answered before you decide

Fill in your new-patient forms

Questions about the first visit
Do I need to bring a driver to the consultation?
No. A driver is for surgery with sedation, not for the first visit.
Can someone come with me?
Yes. Many people bring a family member, and we're glad to go over the plan with them.
What if my dentist hasn't sent records?
Call us. We can ask for them, or take a scan here when Dr. Nair needs one.
Ready to book?
Tell us where you're driving from and we'll plan from there.
