Your plan for the tooth or the site
For an implant, who will restore it, so we plan the post for your crown.

Step 1: After the consultation
A note with what Dr. Nair found and what she recommended, whether or not the patient goes ahead.

Step 2: After surgery
What was done, any change to the plan and when the patient is ready for you.

Step 3: When the site has healed
A call or a note so the restoration can begin, and a record of the post for your lab.
Questions from dentists
Can the patient call you directly?
Yes. Many do, and we send you a note either way.
Do you place implants for our crowns?
Yes. Send us the restorative plan, and Dr. Nair plans the placement to match.
Who does the follow-up care?
We see the patient for the surgical follow-up, and you take over once the site has healed.
